SAL'S CLOSING DECEMBER 18th

Dear Customers,

When I look back and think about our conversation with Jamie Edmunds about leasing out his space; Jerry Kyhill, Doug Stewart, and I never thought that we would be here this long. Now, 22 years later, I am here to announce that Sals will be closing December 18th with a heavy heart. We here at Sals thank everyone for their support for the last many years and wish everyone well and to have a happy holidays.🎄

About Us

Sal'sVermont

 Chef-owned restaurant since 1977 that offers a truly memorable experience with Brooklyn-inspired Italian cuisine and a fun, casual dining atmosphere. Dine-in or take out available. Sal's is a local gathering place and a favorite for hikers passing through. Patio seating available in warm weather and a new private dining room, with a fireplace available for the winter months. Sal's South of Vermont welcomes you! 

Restaurant

Offering a selection of Italian food, local brews, and fine wines, parties of up to 30 people can be scheduled in our restaurant's back dining room. On- or off-site catering available.  

Pizzeria

Try our famous whole wheat pizza. A true classic made with homemade marinara sauce made daily.
